Due to the nature of Covid-19 I have had to put in place some stringent rules, in order to keep not only me safe, but also more importantly keep you safe.

Please do not attend your appointment if you have had any COVID-19 symptoms in the last two weeks, these are: fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste or sense of smell, sore throat or a runny nose.  If you can please check your temperature before your appointment.   Also please do not attend your appointment if you have been in contact with anyone who has had these symptoms in the last two weeks.  Do not attend your appointment if you’ve had any illness in the past 4 weeks without consulting us first. 

Only you will be able to enter, unfortunately no friends/partners/children/babies will be allowed into the clinic. 

Please bring as little as possible with you, for example no handbags or coats.  If you need to bring a handbag, please keep it small, you won’t be able to bring it into the treatment area, this includes all personal belongings such as phones and keys.  An area and a plastic wipe-able basket (cleaned after every client) will be designated for your property.

Please arrive on time for your appointment - do not attend earlier than agreed. 

Please Do not touch the door handles, handrails etc (although a deep clean will take place between every client)  Please also note toilet facilities will not be available for appointments under an hour's duration.

You will then be asked to wash your hands and use a hand sanitizing gel.
 
I will then ask you to put on the necessary PPE, depending on what your appointment is for, this will include a face mask, a protective apron, all long hair must be tied back and put in a hair net  - Please if you have your own mask I ask you to bring and wear that, otherwise I can provide for a cost of £0.50
  
If possible please try to wear minimal jewelry including a watch for more effective hand hygiene.

You will be asked to fill out a COVID-19 client consent form prior to treatment.  Treatment will not go ahead until I have your signed consent. 

Please can I ask for payment to be made by card or bank transferNO CASH and please only touch your belongings on your way out, I will hold the doors open for you.

This is new to us all, so please be patient with me then I am able to provide you with a safe environment,  a lot of time, money and effort has gone into providing the best quality PPE and products. 

 

The treatment room and any associated areas will be thoroughly deep cleaned with a medical disinfectant after each client and I have tried to make most items disposable, those that aren’t again are disinfected between every appointment.
